The author of shiloh is Phyllis Reynolds Nayor. She was born on January 4, 1933 she is best known for her book shiloh it won the Newbery award in 1992 and also made the books shiloh season and saving shiloh which were all made into movies.

Marty is an 11 year old boy who find a dog and names Shiloh , he follows marty home so they drive it to Judd Travers house . Shiloh comes back again so marty decides to keep him in a pin on a hill on his property . He keeps Shiloh a secret from his family and lies to try to keep it that way ....

Shiloh is so cute these pics. are of the countryside and shiloh the picture of the tiny tiny house is what I thought Marty's house looked like well maybe a little better but close enough.
